Mario colours faster than almost anything else in this catalogue, and that is the point. Red cap, blue overalls, yellow buttons, brown shoes: a child who knows the colours does not need to be told them, and can start without asking a single question.
Who and what is in this set
- Mario, on eight sheets: running under a question block, swimming past the Cheep Cheeps, holding a fire flower, and flying with the raccoon tail and ears of the super leaf.
- Luigi, three times, in his green cap with the L, running past a Piranha Plant and giving a thumbs up beside a shell.
- Princess Peach, four sheets, twice with Toad in front of the castle, once holding her pendant, and once as a close portrait in her crown.
- Princess Rosalina, with her star wand and a Luma floating beside her.
- Yoshi, four sheets: running with an egg, standing beside his eggs, crossing a jungle of palms and fruit, and leading Koopas and Goombas past a haunted house.
- Bowser, five sheets, which are the heavy ones: the bridge over the lava, the flames, the fire breath, the shell and horns filling the page.
- Wario and Waluigi together, and Wario alone flexing beside a coin.
- Donkey Kong, standing in his DK tie and up on the girders throwing a barrel.
- Toad, waving beside a mushroom, and four Toads racing karts down a winding track.
- The small ones on their own page: a Goomba, two Koopa Troopas, a Bullet Bill, a Piranha Plant in its pipe, a fire flower, a question block with a mushroom.
The palette is fixed, which is why it is easy
Mario is red and blue, Luigi green and blue, Peach pink, Yoshi green with a red saddle and orange boots, Toad white with red spots, Bowser orange-yellow with a green shell. There is nothing to invent, and a child who has seen the games colours these from memory.
That leaves the background as the free part, and these sheets give it room: brick walls, warp pipes, lava, coral, palm trees, a castle with its flags.
Easy sheets and long ones
The single objects are the fastest in the whole catalogue: the Goomba, the fire flower, the Bullet Bill, the question block. Big shapes, thick lines, five minutes each, and they suit a child who is still learning to stay inside a line.
Bowser and Donkey Kong on the girders are the long ones: scales, spikes, cuffs, barrels, a whole background of beams. The kart sheet sits in between, four figures and a road.

Mario Coloring Pages: questions
Which characters are in these Mario coloring pages?
Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Princess Rosalina, Yoshi, Bowser, Toad, Wario, Waluigi and Donkey Kong, plus a Magikoopa, Goombas, Koopa Troopas, Boos, a Bullet Bill and Piranha Plants. Thirty-six sheets in all.
Is there a Princess Peach coloring page?
Four. Two show her with Toad in front of the castle, one has her holding her pendant among stars, and one is a close portrait in her crown, which is the easiest of the four because the shapes are large.
Is there a Mario Kart coloring page?
One, and it is a busy sheet: four Toads in karts on a winding track, with banana peels and a shell thrown across the road.
Which Mario coloring page is easiest for a young child?
The single objects: the Goomba, the fire flower, the Bullet Bill, the question block with its mushroom. One big shape, thick outlines, nothing small to stay inside.
What colour is Yoshi?
Green, with a red saddle shell, a white belly and orange boots. Bowser is orange-yellow with a green shell and a cream underside, Toad white with red spots on his cap.
Are these official Nintendo coloring pages?
No. They are original drawings made for this site, not screenshots and not official artwork, and the site is not affiliated with or endorsed by the rights holder. They are free for personal, classroom and community use.
Can I print these for a birthday party?
Yes, as many copies as you need, with no permission and no attribution. The only thing you cannot do is resell the files, which the license page sets out.

Thirty-six scenes rather than thirty-six portraits: baking, gardening, in a lab, in space.
Thirty-six sheets, each with a creature doing something somewhere: Squirtle on a beach, Snorlax asleep under a tree, Gyarados rising out of the water.
Thirty-five sheets built around one thing: speed. Loops, springs, rings in the air and a hedgehog leaning into the corner.
Thirty-six sheets of ordinary days: a slide, a sandcastle, a hammock, a tea party in sun hats. Nothing explodes and nobody is rescued, which is rather the point.
