This is the simplest set on the site, and deliberately so. Almost every sheet is one object on an empty page: a cone, a glass, a tub, a lolly. There is nothing to identify and nothing to get wrong, which is exactly what a young child needs and what an adult wants when they are not in the mood for detail.
What is on the thirty-six sheets
- Cones, eleven of them: one scoop, two, three, stacked, crossed, with sprinkles, with chocolate chunks, with a cherry, and one empty waffle cone drawn on its own.
- Sundaes and coupes, ten: tulip glasses, fluted glasses, footed bowls, a milkshake under a domed lid, and one loaded coupe carrying a fan-shaped wafer.
- Banana splits, four, from three cherry-topped scoops to a full split with sauce zigzagged over the top.
- Lollies and blocks: two trays of ice lollies, a three-flavour block melting on a plate, and three ice cream sandwiches, one round, one rectangular between waffle wafers.
- Two oddities that earn their place: rolled ice cream stood upright in a bowl with strawberries, and an ice cream van at the kerb with a giant cone on its roof, which is the only sheet with a background.
The one set where nothing fixes the colour
Every other category here comes with a palette attached: a heeler is blue-grey, a creeper is green, Marshall is red. Ice cream has none. A scoop can be pink, mint, brown, yellow or purple, and no one can call it wrong.
That makes this the set to hand a child who has just been told to stay inside the lines all week. It is also why it suits a box of twelve as well as a box of sixty: the drawing does not care.

Any of them. Nothing in these drawings fixes a colour: a scoop can be pink, mint, brown or purple and it is still right. That is unusual here, and it is the point of the set.
