Turning a mandala into color by number

Adult color by number is easy to make from any mandala. Pick a palette of four to six colors, write a small number in each shape in pencil, and add a key in the margin. Count the wedges first, because a palette that divides evenly into the number of repeats closes the ring properly.

Printing detailed adult pages so the fine lines hold

On the densest mandalas the lines are thin, and a printer left in draft mode turns them gray. Switch to normal or high quality first.
