How this site is paid for
Commissions on some links to Amazon. They cost you nothing, and they do not decide what gets recommended here.
The drawings are free and there is no account, so the money has to come from somewhere else. Today it comes from affiliate links, and this page explains how they work.
Affiliate links
Where a page recommends something you can buy, such as coloring books, pens, markers, card stock or a printer, the link to the shop may be an affiliate link. If you buy after following it, this site earns a small commission from the shop.
Coloring Catalog is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
Where you will see them
- On the guides, such as the markers guide and the colored pencils guide.
- In the grid of a coloring page collection, where a small product card sits between two rows of drawings. It never sits between a drawing and its Download or Print button.
Every one of these links goes to Amazon.com and is marked as a paid link in the page code, so search engines know it is sponsored. We do not show prices, since they change and depend on where you are: the price you see on Amazon is the one that counts. Affiliate cards are hidden when you print, so they never end up on paper.
What it changes for you
- You pay the same price. The commission comes out of the seller’s margin, not out of your pocket.
- Nobody pays to be recommended. No brand has bought a place on this site, and no recommendation here has been written by, or approved by, the company that sells the product.
- The advice is the same either way. Where the honest answer is that a cheap pack does the job as well as an expensive one, that is what the page says.
- You never have to click one. Every sheet downloads and prints for free without going near a shop.
Advertising
No ads are shown on the site at the moment. If that changes, advertising would be served by third parties, which may set their own cookies under their own policies. See the privacy page for what that means for you. Ads will never sit between you and a file: no ad will stand between a drawing and the print button, and none will have to be watched, closed or waited out before a download.
What is never for sale
The catalog itself. No sheet is placed, promoted or held back because of an advertiser, and no drawing exists to carry a product. Everything in it is free to print, with the same license as everything else.
Questions
If anything on this site looks like a paid placement dressed up as advice, write to [email protected] and say so. That is the kind of message that gets answered first.
