Ask for a drawing
Requests are where most of this catalogue comes from. They get read.
Email [email protected]. One person reads it, usually within a few days.
Requesting a subject
Say what you want and who it is for: “axolotls for a six-year-old” is a better brief than “animals”. Subjects that get asked for more than once tend to get drawn, and a new drawer usually takes two to three weeks from request to being live.
Something wrong with a file
If a PDF will not open, prints cropped, or has a gap in an outline that should be closed, send the category name and the sheet number printed in the corner of the preview. Broken files get replaced rather than removed.
Permissions
For anything the license page does not answer, whether a commercial use, a print run or an institution that needs written confirmation, write and ask. The answer is usually yes and it is free.
Press and partnerships
Same address. If you run a school newsletter, a parenting site or a library programme and want to point people here, no permission is needed for that either.
